Terms of Service

Before you invest in SEO, you should know exactly what you are paying for, what you own, and how you can leave. These Terms of Service set out how Growfactor works with you, in plain language and without hidden conditions.

They apply to every visit to growfactorllc.com, every free SEO audit, and every paid SEO engagement we deliver in Pakistan and internationally.

Terms of Service at a Glance

Growfactor delivers white-hat SEO services under a written proposal or Statement of Work, billed monthly or per project. No agency can guarantee rankings, so we commit to transparent work and reporting instead. You own the content we create once it is paid for, and you can end a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term.

Agreement to These Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and GrowFactor LLC, trading as Growfactor (“Growfactor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can learn more about the team behind Growfactor on our About page.

By using our website, requesting an audit, or signing a proposal, you accept these terms. If you sign on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

If a signed proposal or Statement of Work says something different from these terms, the signed document applies for that project.

Key Definitions

These terms use a few words with specific meanings:

Our Services

We provide SEO services in Pakistan and internationally, including SEO strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimization, content writing, link building, local SEO, Shopify SEO, AI search optimization, and reporting. Your exact scope is set out in your SOW.

Anything not listed in your SOW, such as web development, paid ads, or design work, is out of scope. We will quote separately before starting any extra work.

Free SEO Audits

When you request a free SEO audit, we review your website using public data and share our findings with you. The audit carries no obligation to buy, and its recommendations are guidance rather than a guarantee of results.

No Guaranteed Rankings

Google and other search engines control their own algorithms, and those algorithms change often. That is why no honest agency can promise a specific ranking, traffic figure, or date.

Google itself advises caution with anyone who claims they can guarantee a top ranking in Google Search. We follow that standard and never promise positions we cannot control.

What we do commit to is proven, white-hat work and transparent reporting. Our results, such as taking a regional tax consulting firm from 40 to 670 daily visitors in 10 months, show what is possible, but every website and market is different.

Your Responsibilities

SEO works best as a partnership. To get results on schedule, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information about your business, products, services, and goals.
  • Provide timely access to the platforms named in your SOW.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
  • Make sure any content, images, or claims you supply are accurate and legally yours to use.
  • Keep current backups of your website before technical changes are made.
  • Tell us about any other agency, developer, or tool that is changing your website at the same time.

Delays in access or approvals can push back timelines. We will tell you as soon as a delay affects your results.

Website and Platform Access

Many projects need access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, WordPress, and your Shopify store admin for Shopify SEO projects. You remain the owner of every account, and we ask for user-level or collaborator access wherever a platform allows it.

We use your access only for the agreed scope and remove it within 30 days of your engagement ending. How we handle the data in those accounts is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Fees, Invoicing, and Payment

Your fees are set out in your SOW. You can compare our SEO packages and pricing plans before booking a call.

  • Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of each month.
  • One-time projects, such as audits or migrations, are invoiced as set out in the SOW, usually with an upfront deposit.
  • Currency: clients in Pakistan are billed in PKR. International clients are billed in USD or another agreed currency.
  • Payment due: invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer or another agreed method.
  • Taxes: fees exclude applicable taxes, which are added to your invoice where required.
  • Third-party costs: paid tools, sponsored placements, or plugins needed for your project are agreed with you in advance.

If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue, we may pause work until it is paid. We will always contact you before pausing anything.

Contract Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

SEO builds results over months, not weeks. Most businesses see meaningful progress within 3 to 6 months, which is why monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months unless your SOW says otherwise.

  • After the minimum term, your plan renews month to month.
  • You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by email to info@growfactorllc.com.
  • One-time projects end when the agreed deliverables are completed.
  • Fees for work completed up to your cancellation date remain payable.

Refund Policy

Because SEO fees pay for time and expertise already delivered, fees for work that has started are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for months we have not yet started, we will refund those months in full.

If you believe a deliverable does not match your SOW, tell us within 14 days. We will fix it at no extra cost.

Approvals, Revisions, and Communication

We share content, strategies, and major technical changes with you for approval before they go live.

  • Each content deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed brief.
  • Please respond to approval requests within 5 business days so your timeline stays on track.
  • New requests outside the original brief are treated as new work.
  • Email and our WhatsApp business number are our official channels. Our working days are Monday to Saturday.

Ownership of Work and Intellectual Property

Once you have paid in full, you own the content, reports, and other deliverables we create for you. You can use, edit, and publish them however you choose.

Growfactor keeps ownership of our own methods, templates, frameworks, checklists, and internal tools. We grant you a licence to use any of these that are part of your deliverables.

Third-party assets, such as stock images, fonts, or plugins, remain subject to their own licences. Anything you give us stays yours, and you give us permission to use it only to deliver your project.

Content and Link Building Standards

Every tactic we use follows search engine guidelines, so your rankings are built to last. We do not use private blog networks, link schemes, cloaking, keyword stuffing, or auto-generated spam content.

Links placed on third-party websites remain under those websites’ control. If a publisher removes or changes a link after placement, we will work with you to replace it where your SOW includes link building.

Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including Google, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, and SEO tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, or account actions taken by these providers.

When a platform change affects your site, we will explain the impact in your reporting. Our technical SEO services team can then help you respond.

Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep each other’s confidential information private, including business data, strategies, pricing, and login details. This duty continues for 2 years after your engagement ends, and permanently for passwords and personal data.

Confidentiality does not cover information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.

Case Studies and Portfolio Use

We may describe your results in anonymised form, by industry and region, without naming your business. We will only use your name, logo, or testimonial with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Non-Solicitation of Staff

During your engagement and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to directly hire Growfactor team members who worked on your project without our written agreement. This protects the team that delivers your results.

Use of Our Website

When you use growfactorllc.com, you agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish our content, tools, or case studies without permission.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the website or its forms.
  • Submit false information, spam, or harmful code through our forms.
  • Use our content to mislead others or to impersonate Growfactor.

Our blog and guides share general SEO information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your website, and you act on them at your own discretion.

Disclaimers

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. Apart from what your SOW states, our website and services are provided “as is”, without promises of specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Growfactor’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or ranking drops caused by algorithm updates or third-party actions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Indemnification

You agree to cover Growfactor against claims arising from content, products, or materials you supply, or from your breach of these terms. We agree to do the same for claims arising from our own breach or from content we create that infringes someone else’s rights.

Suspension and Termination

Either side can end an engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. We may also end an engagement if a client asks us to use unethical or unlawful tactics.

When an engagement ends, the following applies:

  • You pay for all work completed up to the end date.
  • We hand over paid deliverables, reports, and any files we hold for you.
  • We remove our access to your platforms within 30 days.

Events Outside Our Control

Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These include internet shutdowns, extended power outages, natural disasters, government action, or major platform failures.

We will tell you promptly if such an event affects your project, and timelines will be adjusted fairly.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a disagreement arises, both sides will first try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days of written notice.

If that does not work, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, will have jurisdiction. International clients can agree a different process in their SOW.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, pricing, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date shows the current version, and active clients will be emailed at least 30 days before any material change affects their engagement.

General Terms

These final provisions apply to every engagement:

  • Entire agreement: these terms, your SOW, and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between us.
  • Severability: if any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms still apply.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a right at one time does not mean giving it up.
  • Assignment: neither side can transfer its obligations without the other’s written consent, except as part of a business sale.
  • Independent relationship: Growfactor works as an independent contractor, not as your employee or partner.
  • Notices: formal notices must be sent by email to the addresses in your SOW.
